Our Rules
Dear Parents, below are some of the rules that will help ensure smooth operations and help our teachers provide the best possible service to your child.
The prepayment needs to be made at least 2 days before the class to ensure that your child receives consistent lessons.

The prepayment can be done for a single class, or 1, 2, 3 or 6 month discounted packages. For ease and convenience of calculations, we consider 1 month to be equivalent to 4 weeks of classes.

The client can reschedule or cancel the lesson with no fees if done at least 24 hours in advance

In case of no-show or late cancellation the full cost of the lesson is deducted. Arriving on time to your session is crucial. Our teachers understand that sometimes unexpected situations may arise, but please keep in mind that they can only wait for up to 10 minutes

In case of being late for the class, the teacher’s waiting time - up to 10 minutes - is considered as part of lesson time

Please be assured that if your teacher is unable to fulfil their duties due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, our managers have the authority to provide a suitable replacement

If you plan a vacation or any other type of long absence, please notify our manager at least 72 hrs before the next class. This will allow to freeze your account with no penalties and we will reserve your teacher for you until you are back

Every 8 weeks you can try a lesson with a new teacher for free (on top of regular classes)
